Promoting those, as we say, “ to the job or position they are already doing”! “Ownership” is something I have always wanted to offer to key members of the team, as with Jason Bustamante at Rococo Northpark who has been with me 17 years plus when he was named Managing Partner as we opened Northpark. Now, Chef Don Duncan having been with us a year, has clearly shown the drive, passion, initiative and responsibility that calls for him to move into the position of Managing Partner of the Penn location. In his new role, Chef Don will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, from sales to people and profit. Chef Don has truly put his face on Rococo Penn continuing the commitment to food, wine and the great service we are known for which I’m quite proud. We do not make this decision lightly and is yet another aspect for which sets the Rococo Restaurant group apart.
